The cycle of commercials
The cycle of 6 commercials for the company Favorit Sport
Embarking on one of my most ambitious and impactful advertising projects, I collaborated with a team of authors to craft a series of six commercials for Favorit Sport. Aptly titled 'Disputes that do not harm friends,' this campaign aimed to resonate with audiences on a deeper level. The comprehensive pre-production phase spanned two months.
The production involved a remarkable team, with over 60 crew members, 13 main actors, and more than 100 extras participating in the shoot.
Across three intensive shooting days, we captured scenes at iconic locations such as the Olympic NSC, a cinema hall, and the river station square.
Director Viktor Skuratovsky and DOP Timofey Avramchuk were invited to work on this project.
I can talk about this project for hours. Our heroes ate a bowl of lemons, ran naked around the River Station Square, wore a dress and heels of 13 size, get butterflies tatoo on the tailbone and shouted at the whole stadium -Goool! -In a groundbreaking move for this project, we utilized a 20kV device instead of relying on natural sunlight at the stadium, marking a significant first in my professional practice. Through post-production magic, we multiplied a hundred people, creating the illusion of a full stadium. However, it was Anton's exceptional portrayal that stole the spotlight.
The media frenzy ensued when news broke that Jason Statham was supposedly involved in the Favorit Sport commercial, with Anton resembling him closely. Phones buzzed incessantly as inquiries flooded in, eager to confirm the authenticity of the information. Concurrently, visits to the Favorit Sport website skyrocketed. The commercial gained widespread exposure, being featured on numerous internet portals and even in cinemas.
